Koutaba

Following the decision of the General Chapter of 2017, vote 51 (cfr. Acts of the 3^rd Single General Chapter, p. 16), the Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life (CIVCSVA) has nominated, Father Henri Fouda (CSSp), Apostolical Commissary of the Monastery of Koutaba. (Cameroon) The appointment became effective on December 28, 2017.
As Apostolical Commissary Father Fouda has the full governing powers for the Community of Koutaba.

Father Fouda was born in 1972 in Cameroon. He made his religious profession in 1996 and ordained a priest in 2001. He has been Provincial of the Cameroun Province of the Spiritans from 2010 until 2016. He is presently pastor of the parish of Saint-Esprit of Mvolyé and also the Episcopal Vicar for the Consecrated Life in the archdiocese of Yaoundé.
