Doctorate in Honoris Causa for Fr. Michael Casey at Sant’Anselmo

On April 6, Fr. Michael Casey (Tarrawarra) received the Doctorate in Honoris Causa in theology from the Pontifical Athenaeum Sant ‘Anselmo, Rome. He gave a remarkable Master class on “The Rule and the Tradition, a personal journey”.

Then celebration took place in the presence, among many participants, of Monsignor Arthur Roche, Prefect of the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments; Gregory Polan, Abbot Primate of the Benedictine Confederation; Dom Mauro Giuseppe Lepori, Abbot General of the OCist. and our Abbot General Dom Bernardus with several brothers and sisters of the Order, as well as the monks and nuns who are currently following the Monastic Formators Program.
