On 22 May 2022, Dom Mark Scott of Vina, Delegated Father Immediate of Guimaras, appointed Father Kevin John Lipasan as Superior ad nutum of Guimaras (Diocese of Jaro, Philippines).

Dom Kevin John was born in 1985 in Moises Padilla (Philippines). He entered Guimaras in 2006, made his solemn profession in 2012 and was ordained a priest in 2020.
