July 03, 2022: Father Wiro Fagel was born in 1934 in Amsterdam (The Netherlands). He entered Zundert in 1957, made his solemn profession in 1965 and was ordained a priest in 1971. He was Abbot of the Community from 2001 to 2007. Father was 87 years old, had been in monastic vows for 62 years and 51 years a priest when the Lord called him.
