June 29, 2025: Sister Maria Assunta Pinna was born in 1947 in Castelsardo (Italy). She entered Vitorchiano in 1970 and made her solemn profession in 1976. In 1987, Sr. Assunta was one of the foundresses of the Pertapaan Gedono, Indonesia. Sister was 77 years old and had been in monastic vows for 52 years when the Lord called her.
