Bethlehem

August 22, 2025: Father Francis Morgan was born in 1932 in Newry (Ireland). He entered Bethlehem in 1955, made his solemn profession in 1960 and was ordained a priest in 1963. He was the first person to enter Bethlehem Abbey after its foundation in 1948 and persevere in the life. Father was 92 years old, had been in monastic vows for 68 years and 62 years a priest when the Lord called him.
