Echourgnac / Assomption

August 21, 2025: Sister Anne-Marie Fitzgerald was born in 1933 in Port Colborne, Ontario (Canada). She entered Assomption in 1953 and made her solemn profession in 1959. After the closure of the Assomption community in 2024, she changed her stability to the Echourgnac Abbey in French. Sister was 92 years old and had been in monastic vows for 68 years when the Lord called her.
