December 26, 2025, Father Paul Jerome Konkler was born in 1926 in Lancaster, Ohio, USA. He entered the Christian Brothers of Ireland in 1944, made his first profession in 1945. Then he entered Vina in 1959, and made solemn profession in 1962. He was ordained in 1968. Father was 99 years old had 63 years of monastic profession and had been a priest for years 57 when the Lord called him.
