December 31, 2022 4:54 pmDecember 30, 2022: Mother Gema Marcos Sutil was born in 1940 in Quintanilla de sollamas, León (Spain). She entered Carrizo in 1955 and made her solemn profession in 1961. She was abbess of Carrizo from 1997to 2003. She was 82 years old and had been in monastic vows for 65 years when the Lord called her.
