Blauvac/ Chambarand

April 22, 2023: Sister Alphonse Portailler was born in 1921 in Saint Julien-d’Oddes (France). She entered Chambarand in 1943 and made her solemn profession in 1948. After the closure of the Abbey of N.-D. de Chambarand, she joined the Blauvac Community. Sister was 102 years old and had been in monastic vows for 78 years when the Lord called her.
