Oseira

On July 5^th 2023, the Abbot General, with the consent of his Council, at the request of Dom Juan José Domingo Falomir, abbot of San Isidro and Father Immediate of Oseira, suspended the exercise of the autonomy of the community of Oseira (Diocese of Orense, Spain), in accordance with Cst. 34bis.1, and authorized the Father Immediate to appoint a monastic commissary. By this decision, the service of Dom Enrique Trigueros, superior ad nutum of Oseira since 2018, comes to an end.

On July 12^th 2023, Dom Juan José appointed Dom Carlos Gutiérrez Cuartango, Titular Prior of Sobrado, as Monastic Commissary of the community of Oseira.
