Orígenes
Founded by Laval. Erected as a priory 2 March 1995.
Historia
1951 The abbey of Aiguebelle had begun a foundation under the name Our Lady of Africa, established at Minlaba. In 1955 this foundation moved to Obout and in 1957 took the name Our Lady of Grandselve. 1968 this foundation had to transfer to Koutaba and took the title Our Lady of Koutaba.
The monastery of Grandselve was then ceded to the nuns of Laval who took possession in 1968 and kept the title Our Lady of Grandselve.
1969 the general chapter approved the foundation.
